As an independent broker, we shop your insurance with multiple companies to ensure that you are receiving the most competitive pricing available. Our top priority has been, and always will be, our customer service to our clients. We believe that our customers should be called back in a timely manner and that issues should be handled efficiently. We know that if we deliver the highest customer service, our customers will refer their friends and family to us. In the unfortunate event of a loss, we will be there to make sure your claim is handled in a fair and efficient manner. We have relationships with multiple, A+ rated companies, ensuring their ability to pay claims.
Josh Ukeiley started Valley Insurance Group to be able to adjust to the constantly changing insurance marketplace. Insurance companies are continuously adjusting their rates to adapt to the market in which they sell. Being an independent agent allows us the ability to shop the rates of multiple insurance companies. Josh is a native of Las Vegas and has been in the insurance industry for nearly 15 years. Josh started in the insurance industry with Farmers Insurance, working there while attending U.N.L.V. After graduation, Josh worked as a captive agent with AAA Insurance for over 10 years. Josh holds a Finance degree from U.N.L.V. Josh’s hobbies include; golf, cooking, spending time with family and hiking.
